Are my credit card details and personal information safe?
At PIVOT we take website and credit card security very seriously. We use high level, 128 bit SSL encryption technology whenever you enter your personal information or payment details on our site. This technology is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. We do not under any circumstances store credit card details.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay.
Unfortunately, we can not accept payment from cards issued overseas.
Your account will be debited at the time of order and the transaction will appear on your statement.

Can I pay for my order with multiple credit cards?
At this time, our online checkout system does not support payments using multiple credit cards. However, you can pay for your purchase using one credit card and one PIVOT gift card.

Can I purchase a gift card online?
Unfortunately, we don't currently sell gift cards online. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Can I use my HIM/KIDS/ACTIVE gift card online?
HIM, KIDS and ACTIVE prepaid gift cards by The Card Network can't be used online, however, they can be used at any of our PIVOT stores Australia wide.
Using your gift card in store
Simply present the card at one of our stores and swipe at the EFTPOS terminal. Select "Savings" and enter the PIN on the back of the card and you're good to go!
Where can I buy these gift cards?
You can purchase a gift card online through The Card Network or at any participating Coles, Woolworths, Big W or Target store.
How do I track the balance?
You can check your gift card balance and expiry here.
Important to note:
- HIM, KIDS and ACTIVE gift cards can't be used online, only in-store.
- HIM, KIDS and ACTIVE gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

What is Afterpay and how does it work?
Afterpay is a simple instalment plan, allowing you to pay for your order in four equal instalments, due every fortnight!
Afterpay is available to all people who:
- Live in Australia;
- Are at least 18 years old
- Can enter into a legally binding contract
- Have a valid and verifiable email address, mobile number; and
- Use an Australian credit or debit card to make a purchase. You are not required to fill out a credit application form.

What are the Afterpay changes?
Afterpay has introduced the Afterpay Card. It’s virtual, contactless and stored in Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The Afterpay Card means that there is no need to generate a new barcode when shopping with Afterpay in-store. You’ll still initiate your purchase from the Afterpay app but you’ll be directed to your digital wallet. Tap your Afterpay Card at the checkout to complete your purchase.

How do I use Afterpay online?
Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will have to provide payment details. Any returning customers can simply log in to make their purchase. Your first payment will be taken when you place your order.
At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

How do I use Afterpay in-store?
Using Afterpay in-store is easy. Open your Afterpay App to view your available to spend balance. Select “Pay with Afterpay Card” and you’ll automatically be taken to your Afterpay Card in your digital wallet.
At the checkout, tap the Afterpay Card to pay. You’ll be shown your payment schedule when your purchase is complete.

How do I return an Afterpay purchase online?
Afterpay orders placed online can be returned online or in-store.
Take a look at our Returns Policy to make sure your items meet our three main conditions.
When your refund is processed, Afterpay will send you an email and make the necessary adjustments to your payment schedule.
If you return your order in full and receive a full refund, any paid payments will be refunded back onto the card you paid on, and any upcoming payments will be cancelled.
If you return part of your order and receive a part refund, any previous payments will be adjusted and any difference refunded back onto your card. Upcoming payments will be adjusted or cancelled depending on your situation.

How do I return an Afterpay purchase in-store?
Returning Afterpay purchases in-store is easy. First, take a look at our Returns Policy to make sure your items meet our three main conditions.
When you’re in-store, open your Afterpay app and access your Afterpay card in your Profile tab. Select ‘Return an Order’ and then ‘Refund with Afterpay Card’ which will launch the screen to select Apple Pay or Google Pay. Select your Afterpay Card and tap against the reader.
Alternatively, you can select ‘Orders’, open transactions and locate the transaction. Click ‘Return an Order’ and tap the card reader to initiate your refund.
You’ll be notified that your refund has been successful and adjustments will be made to your payment schedule.
If you return your order in full and receive a full refund, any paid payments will be refunded back onto the linked card you paid with, and any upcoming payments will be cancelled.
If you return part of your order and receive a part refund, any previous payments will be adjusted and any difference refunded back onto your linked card. Upcoming payments will be adjusted or cancelled depending on your situation.

Exchanges can be facilitated in-store for items of the same value only.

What is PayPal?
What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment system which lets you pay for your order with a PayPal account instead of entering your card details at the checkout, thus keeping your card details private.
PayPal Pay in 4
- PayPal Pay in 4 allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 interest-free instalments.
- Your first instalment is due at the time you make your purchase. The next 3 instalments are due every 2 weeks after.
- Repayments are made automatically from your PayPal account.
How do I use PayPal?
- You will need to set up an account with PayPal which is linked to your card or bank account.
- Select PayPal as your method of payment at the checkout.
- A PayPal pop up window will allow you to enter your PayPal log-in details, where you then authorise the transaction.
- Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation page will appear along with your order number.
What are the advantages of using PayPal with my PIVOT order?
- Advantages:
- No need to enter your card details every time you make a purchase online.
- Your card details are kept private from the vendor.
- PayPal offer reimbursement of return shipping fees if you need to send something back to us. You can make up to 8 claims per year! More info here.

What is PayPal Free Returns?
If you paid with PayPal, you can get a refund on your return shipping costs if you need to send something back - up to $45 per return and 8 returns each year.
How to get your money back on return shipping
- Log in to your PayPal account and activate "Refunded Returns" before shopping and paying with PayPal.
- Submit a request with your proof of purchase within 30 days of return and 150 days of purchase.
- Once approved, your refund will appear in your PayPal account, typically within 5 business days.
What's not included?
- Any items that haven't been paid for in full with your PayPal account.
- Any products excluded from our Online Returns Policy.

You will be directed to enter the information required to create your customer account, its best to do this before you place your order so you can check back in with your order by simply logging in.

I can’t sign into my account?
We're sorry to hear this. As a first step, double-check that you have an account with us.
If you receive emails from us, that means you are subscribed to our database and you do not have an account with us.
If you have created an account with us, that means you are an account holder. It's important to note that these are different and not the same.
Next steps:
- As a first step in trying to fix this issue, we suggest double (and triple) checking your details. The password is the one you set up when opening your account.
- If you're still having difficulty, we suggest clearing your cookies or using another browser.
- Resetting your password may also help you sign in - when prompted to put in your details, click the 'Forgot Password?' link and enter your email address. You'll be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Keep an eye on your spam and junk folders as the email may end up there.

The item I want is sold out, will there be a restock?
Yes, we occasionally receive restocks of short-run releases, however, we unfortunately won't be able to inform you if and when, we will be restocking in a specific style.
We recommend that you take advantage of our current in-stock range, and keep up to date with new releases and restocks by joining our mailing list. Simply scroll to the bottom of our website and enter your email address. You can also keep watch on our social media channels.
Please note: that we don't have a preorder system and are unable to place single unit orders for sold out items.

Why was my order unable to be fulfilled?
We are very sorry to hear that we had to cancel your order. While uncommon, from time to time we have an influx of customers all hoping to order the same item, we realise when attempting to fill these orders that unfortunately we can't fulfil them all.
In that case, we inform you as soon as possible via email, and we always include the reason for the cancellation. Our Terms & Conditions do also cover our oversell policy: Orders, Pricing & Availability - PIVOT reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.
When this happens, please be assured that your money has been refunded to your original payment method and can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to show back in your account.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, this is the worst-case scenario for us.

Why has my order been cancelled?
We may cancel or delay delivery for orders where we require further payment information to process the purchase. Reasons include:
- Request for additional information is refused or not received within the requested time
- Request for the cardholder to contact us within the timeframe is not met
- The purchase transaction does not pass our security check
- The purchase has connections to previous fraudulent orders
- The purchase was made by an unauthorised alteration our website.

If you're struggling to apply your discount, there could be a few reasons as to why it may not be working.
Where to apply the discount code:
Once you've added the item to your cart, you can apply the discount code in the cart or click "Checkout" to enter the code before you provide your payment details.Other things to note:
- Have you double-checked the Ts & Cs of the discount code? You can find the information in the body of the email that you received. For example, you may need to hit a certain threshold in order for the code to work or only have full-priced items in your cart for the discount code to apply
- We also suggest clearing your cookies and/or switching to another browser
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and some exclusions may apply. We recommend checking the terms and conditions related to your discount before ordering.
- If for any reason the order is cancelled, we will refund the full amount that was paid for. If the order is partially cancelled, we will refund the discounted price for the cancelled items. Promotional codes can only be used once so if this happens, you won’t be able to use the same code again.
